Man arrested for standing on train tracks, forcing train to stop in downtown Fargo

By Desarae Kohrs FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Fargo Police responded to a man allegedly standing in the middle of the train tracks obstructing the train. At approximately 8:24 p.m. on Oct. 14 Police responded to the area of 4th Avenue North and Broadway.
