Man arrested after women report him watching porn and masturbating in his truck at Sheetz

MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Two 18-year-old women said July 18 that a man was parked in a truck next to their vehicle at Sheetz and that he was watching pornography on his phone. They said he appeared to be masturbating and looked over at them a couple times and “gave them the finger.”
