YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Reports said a man was arrested for felonious assault Monday after police received complaints that someone was throwing debris from an East Side home at passing cars. Hector Orlando, 38, was taken into custody on the charge, a second-degree felony, and was booked into the Mahoning County jail, reports said.
