SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A man is facing charges after allegedly using a fuel card belonging to the Allen County Fiscal Court to purchase gasoline. According to a uniform citation, the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force was advised by employees of the Allen County Fiscal Court on Oct. 29 regarding a fuel card being fraudulently used to purchase gas.
