A man has been arrested after video found on his cell phone showed him sexually abusing a 3-year-old child, the Covington Police Department said.

A Tennessee man who was arrested this week is now accused of sexually abusing a toddler. On Monday, aCovington resident called 911 about Deondre Dyson, 22, filming her from outside her window as she showered.
