One man has been charged in connection to the death of a pedestrian. 39-year-old Camerino Hernandez was arrested in connection with a crash that occurred on September 30. A van reportedly ran up onto the sidewalk and struck 60-year-old Elizabeth Coss along Highway 707 near Starbuck Lake Road in the Murrells Inlet area. The driver was identified as Hernandez.
