Iowa City man accused of calling subject of no contact order dozens of times

Hunter 06/24/25 An Iowa City man was charged with contempt after attempting to contact the subject of a no-contact order while at the Johnson County Jail. 38-year-old Terrence Martin was booked into the facility June 3rd on a Domestic Abuse Assault 3rd or subsequent charge.  He was issued a no contact order by Judge Brandon Schrock the next day forbidding him from contacting the alleged victim. Martin proceeded to break the order multiple times.…
