MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Madison County teacher accused of sexually abusing a child under the age of 12 appeared in court Wednesday morning at 9:30 for a preliminary hearing. Forty-year-old Charles Hamilton was arrested in October and remains in the Madison County Detention Center without bond.
