The Lincoln County District Attorney’s office asked the court to revoke the release of Jacob E. Busch, on July 17th. He has been accused of assault on a local veteran who was part of a demonstration in Newport in June. Chief DDA Mr. Thornicroft told Judge Bachart that Mr. Busch has an extensive criminal history with over 20 arrests in Oregon and 2 in Washington.
