Mali: Ousmane Diallo, Peul Rights Activist, Released After Two Years of Extrajudicial Detention

In Mali, Ousmane Diallo was able to find his family. A member of the community organization, Tabital Pulaaku, he had been abducted on 12 March 2024 in Bamako, in the middle of the street, by engulfed men belonging to the State Security. He had since been detained by Malian services outside any judicial framework. His release was confirmed in RFI by several members of his entourage.
