Major new film The Choral mirrors Huddersfield Choral Society during the dark days of World War One

A new British historical drama called The Choral bears a striking resemblance to Huddersfield Choral Society during World War One. The film is set in 1916 in the fictional Yorkshire town of Ramsden and Huddersfield is built on land originally known as the Ramsden estate which the town council bought in the 1920s.
