Major fashion retailer returns to UK high street 7 years after closing all stores
The womenswear brand is reopening through TFG concessions, with occasionwear and its Forever Collection set to reach new customers.
- On Friday, August 14, Karen Millen returned to the UK high street after a seven-year absence, opening a Leicester store at Fosse Park with additional locations in Liverpool One and Aberdeen's Union Square launching on Monday.
- The Foschini Group partnership supports the relaunch, with the parent company also owning Hobbs and Whistles. Debenhams Group CEO Dan Finley said, "Bringing it back to the high street is a significant moment."
- New concessions feature the signature Forever Collection and occasionwear, with items ranging from £49 for a viscose blend knitted cardigan to £429 for a wool tailored maxi coat.
- Fellow retailer Evans also returned to the high street after a six-year hiatus and is now available in over 50 Yours Clothing stores across the UK and Ireland.
- While high street retailers like LK Bennett and Claire's closed stores this year, major brands including Aldi, M&S, and Superdrug have announced new openings for 2026, reflecting mixed retail sector trends.
