Delaware State Police have arrested 63-year-old Edward Soja of Magnolia for a 5th offense felony DUI and related traffic offenses. Magnolia Man Charged with 5th Offense DUI

A Magnolia man has been arrested for DUI and other offenses. Delaware State Police spotted a driver not wearing a seatbelt in the area of Peachtree Run and Walnut Shade Road and made a traffic stop. While speaking with the driver, 63 year old Edward Soja of Magnolia, the trooper detected an odor of alcohol on his breath.
