Colombia yesterday suffered the largest earthquake in a decade, with at least 132 deaths, 570 injuries, 86 collapsed buildings, thousands of damaged homes and dozens of affected health and education centers. The earthquake occurred at 7:34 a.m., had its epicenter in the department of Chocó, on the Pacific coast, and caused serious damage in the eastern and south-eastern region of the country.
