In the absence of any appeals filed by the Prosecutor ' s Office and the defendant in the Magnicide FV case, Xavier Jordan, without reply, the Court of the Anti-Corruption Unit of Pichincha, which was drawn up to hear the appeal to the periodic submissions of Jordan, and José Serrano ordered the referral of the case to the Pichincha Criminal Court, which was refused, to be heard in accordance with the law.
