Until now, the only Islamic campanto in the whole Community of Madrid was in Griñón, but it has been collapsed for years. More information: The 300,000 Muslims in Madrid have no place to bury them after closing the only Islamic cemetery.
The City of Madrid will be able to dedicate 15,000 square meters for Muslim burials in the southern cemetery of Carabanchel.
