Foreign Minister Petr Macinka (Motoriste) confirmed to ČTK that new ambassadors to the United States, Italy, and also to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the United Nations (UN) will soon take up their missions. The first of 16 diplomats, whose arrival was confirmed by President Petr Pavel, will take up their new posts at the turn of July and August. The others will follow by the end of the summer.
