(KTAB/KRBC) - Thousands of customers are affected by power outages caused by high winds across the Big Country Friday afternoon. AEP Texas shows nearly 2,500 customers across Abilene, Taylor County, Callahan County, Jones County, Haskell County, and more are currently without power.
