Lynchburg Splits Doubleheader At No. 25 Salisbury - University of Lynchburg

The University of Lynchburg softball team split a road doubleheader with No. 25 Salisbury on Friday afternoon, winning the opener in extra innings before falling in the nightcap. Lynchburg claimed a 4–2 victory in eight innings in game one before Salisbury responded with a 10–2 win in game two.

SALISBURY, Md. - The Salisbury University softball program posted a split against the University of Lynchburg Friday afternoon inside Margie Knight Sea Gull Softball Stadium to open up the Margie Knight Classic weekend. The Sea Gulls fell 4-2 in eight innings in game one before earning a five-inning win 10-2 in game two.
