President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) criticized this Thursday, 15, the quality of the National Congress, when speaking before the President of the House of Deputies, Hugo Motta (Republicados-PB), at a memorial ceremony on the Day of the Teachers and of the More Professors Programme in Rio de Janeiro.
