German group Lufthansa is suspending all its airline flights to and from Larnaca in Cyprus until March 6. During that time, the EU country's airspace will also be closed, the company said, citing Reuters.

Austrian Airlines will suspend flights to Larnaka and Dubai until and including 6 March 2026. Further connections will remain in part until 8 March, Tehran until the end of March 2026.
The Lufthansa Group is suspending flights from and to Larnaka in Cyprus until and including 6 March. Even the airspace of the EU state will not be used during this time, the airline continues to inform. Passengers affected can rebook free of charge to a later travel date or receive the full ticket price. On Monday, two drones were intercepted at the British Air Force Base Akrotiri in Cyprus.
