Lucas’ Agricultural Risk Review Act Passes U.S. House
This week, Congressman Frank Lucas’ H.R. 1713, known as the Agricultural Risk Review Act, won approval on the U.S. House floor. The bill permanently adds the Secretary of Agriculture to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
