LTS expands its CDMO capabilities with the acquisition of Renaissance Lakewood

LTS announced the acquisition of Renaissance Lakewood, LLC, a U.S. CDMO specializing in nasal sprays and sterile dosage forms, marking a strategic expansion, the company said.
As part of its strategy to expand CDMO capabilities, LTS said integrating Renaissance will better position the company to serve pharmaceutical and biotech partners across more therapeutic modalities.
With roughly 500 employees, Renaissance Lakewood specializes in nasal sprays and fill-finish vials; `Serge Maltais, President & CEO of Renaissance added, "I am incredibly proud of what we have built at Renaissance... We are excited to begin this new chapter and look forward to achieving success together."`
With regulatory clearance pending, the transaction is not yet finalized, terms were not disclosed, and Sidley Austin LLP served as exclusive legal advisor to Renaissance and RoundTable.
Renaissance's facilities will become part of LTS's global network, including sites in Andernach, Germany; West Caldwell, NJ; St. Paul, MN; and Netanya, Israel, while RoundTable Healthcare Partners has raised $4.25 billion in committed capital.
