Los Angeles Kings hockey players came to victory in the regular part of the North American League NHL after overtime against the Nashville Predators. The only goal of the match was scored by Quinton Byfield after a good three minutes of extra time. Slovenian Kings captain Anžet Kopitar was not among the quarterbacks.
