HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- A Loris man was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly sexually assaulted a child under the age of 11, an arrest warrant shows. Joshua DeJesus Pacheco, 39, was charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 11.
