‘Looksmaxxing’ streamer known as Clavicular set to be arraigned on rape charge
Peters is accused of giving a 17-year-old vodka before a livestreamed sexual assault, and his lawyers deny the allegations.
Livestreamer Braden Peters, known as Clavicular, faces arraignment Thursday in Massachusetts on charges he raped a 17-year-old girl at his family's Cape Cod home in Chatham in May 2025.
The accuser told police Peters gave her alcohol and livestreamed himself kissing her while she was drunk during her visit to his family home, then allegedly assaulted her the next morning.
Peters has denied the allegations through his attorneys, claiming the sexual encounter was consensual; his legal team called a separate Florida civil lawsuit a "publicity grab."
He is scheduled to be arraigned at a court in Orleans, where Peters will formally answer to the rape charges stemming from the Chatham incident.
Earlier this year, Peters faced other legal issues in Florida, including a public firearm charge that resulted in probation; the social media personality maintains a large Instagram following.
