Lockney councilman Marks honored for his service in Vietnam War
At the request of Lockney City Attorney Lanny Voss, a presentation was made to Lockney City Council member Edward Marks on behalf of Texas South Plains Honor Flight Organization during the regular meeting of the Lockney City Council August 19, 2025, in honor of his service to the country. A flag was presented, complete with embroidery quality stitching including his name, branch of service and years of service during the Vietnam War.
