Local teacher arrested following Louisiana disturbance - Orange Leader

A cosmetology teacher at West Orange-Stark High School was arrested Sept. 8 following a disturbance in Louisiana. Kerri Simon Kelly, 44, was charged with resisting an officer by force or violence, battery of a police officer, domestic abuse battery, and possession of a controlled substance.
