Local students redesign Parke/Vermillion Humane Society's van

VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Parke/Vermillion County Humane Society's company van was in need of an upgrade, so some local students took the challenge into their own hands. Students in a career and technical education class at South Vermillion High School stripped the old design, cleaned the van, and gave it a new look.
