Local mayor pleads not guilty for allegedly threatening to blow up courthouse

BELMONT COUNTY, OHIO (WTRF) - The mayor of Holloway, who allegedly threatened to blow up the Belmont County Courthouse, did not appear in court today as scheduled. Court officials say the attorney for 49-year-old Joseph Schaeffer entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
