BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) -- A young mother is speaking out as she faces colon cancer while pregnant. Alysun Zwanzig is a hardworking, 25-year-old mother of two with a third on the way. She was 23 weeks pregnant when she was diagnosed with stage four metastatic colorectal cancer. "The doctor told me, 'I really don't think that this is cancer.
