Traffic has been increasing since early Thursday morning (23/7) on several main roads in the Basin.
The Canadian Armed Forces is advising the public and visitors of significant traffic planned in the Old Port and Old Quebec during the Quebec Naval Rendez-vous, which will take place from July 23-26.
