Live Nation Entertainment (LNE) is to expand its controlling stake in Mexican concert promoter and venue operator OCESA, in a deal reportedly valued at $646m. The deal will see LNE acquire an additional 24% stake in OCESA to expand its stakeholding in the company from its current 51% to 75%.
