BRONX, N.Y. -- Penfield Little League touched up Mid-Island starter Mason Garland for a pair of runs in the home first, but the M-I ace was dominant the rest of the way as the Travis loop scraped back with single runs in the second, third, fifth and sixth innings to register a 4-2 victory in the opener of the New York State All-Star 11s baseball tournament at Throgs Neck LL, the Bronx.
