Maximum levels of lightness and prohibition of images in continuous movement during the night are some of the "new restrictions". The new release enters into force this afternoon.
The new resolution aims to "unify the criteria" to apply in assessing the compatibility of digital panels with the architecture of buildings and urban landscapes, as provided for in Article 4 of the Publicity Regulation.
The strengthening of restrictions on the installation of digital panels in the capital goes through the establishment of maximum levels of lightness and number of nits (unit of screen brightness) allowed, the prohibition of images in continuous motion and the imposition of images in slow room between 20h and 7h in the morning
