Linsly School holds 3rd annual trunk or treat

Wheeling, W.Va. (WTRF-TV) The Linsly School held their 3rd annual trunk or treat event Sunday on campus. It ran from 6 to 8pm and featured over 60 trunks filled with candy and treats for students, family and community members alike.
