"There are many connivances and proximitys displayed between some elected officials, mainly the Unsuspecting France movement, and individuals promoting this ideology," says the report.
The members of the committee set up by the MPs LR gave their report on Wednesday, 17 December, on the supposed proximity between Unsuspecting France and Islamism. Their conclusions, however, are far from what Laurent Wauquiez's announced effects might have suggested.
Nearly 650 pages support the way in which political designs of radical Islam are deployed throughout France, with the more or less voluntary complicity of local and national political cadres. France is particularly unsuspected.
The long-awaited conclusions of the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry highlight in particular the "real risk of enterrism" for municipal elections, as confirmed by rapporteur Matthieu Bloch in an exclusive interview. During which the UDR member of the Doubs also points to the dangerous links of LFI.
