Limits to the enjoyment of union credit

Often, companies ask us for advice to solve a situation that is causing them conflict: the inadequate enjoyment of the hours corresponding to the union credit that have legally recognized people who have been validly elected as members of the legal representation of working people, either as staff delegates or as members of the company committee.
