Lightning kills 2 bison at Stuhr Museum in Grand Island, Nebraska

Supporters of Stuhr Museum and staff members are sad after a lightning strike late last month caused the death of two of the museum's bison. Stuhr believes the animals fell victim to a lightning storm that passed through July 30 or 31.
