The Land Development Agency (LDA) and O'Callaghan Properties have announced plans to build 103 apartments in Cork's south docks. The new homes will be developed at Kennedy Quay next to the River Lee, and the project is considered a core part of the ongoing regeneration of the Cork docklands.
