SUPERMARKET giant Lidl is calling on people in Skipton to help shape proposals for a new store in the town.

The Lidl retail chain will close its outlet store in Prague's Štěrboholy this summer, which it opened at the beginning of this year. The reason is the expiration of the lease agreement with the operator of the Štěrboholy Retail Park. The store, where Lidl offers unsold goods from weekly promotions at discounted prices, is expected to move to Moravia. The chain says it is still negotiating a specific location.
