Liberty Global sells Vodafone stake
Liberty Global has sold its remaining stake in Vodafone, according to a shareholding notification. Prior to July 30, Liberty held 5.018% in the British company. The shares were held through Liberty Global Europe Holding BV, the Netherlands-based subsidiary of Liberty Global Ltd, which is registered in Bermuda. Liberty is a joint venture partner with Vodafone in Dutch cablenet VodafoneZiggo.
