The 2026 Lexus ES introduces two battery-electric models with EPA-estimated ranges up to 307 miles and a new hybrid version, expanding Lexus' electrified luxury lineup.
- Lexus launched the 2026 ES, introducing its first-ever battery-electric models alongside a new hybrid. The new lineup includes the ES 350e and ES 500e, both sharing a multi-pathway platform.
- Engineered on a new 'multi-pathway platform,' the 2026 ES evolves from the previous-generation's TNGA-K underpinnings to support both internal-combustion and all-electric powertrains. This shared architecture ensures consistent styling across all variants.
- Performance metrics show the ES 350e delivers 307-mile EPA-estimated range, while the ES 500e features dual electric motors producing 338 hp with DIRECT4 all-wheel-drive. Both support DC fast charging to 80 percent in about 28 minutes.
- Dealerships will receive the new ES models soon, with the entry-level ES 350e starting at $47,500 base MSRP. The ES 350e Luxury reaches $57,195 and the ES 500e Luxury AWD costs $60,195.
- Standard safety features include the Lexus Safety System+ 4.0 and a 14.0-inch touchscreen on all BEV models. Lexus includes a NACS plug adapter for compatibility with over 76,000 Level 2 and Level 3 public charging stations.
