Hollingsworth House at 177-185 Lewisham High Streets sits opposite Wetherspoons and can be seen on the right beside the 54 bus in the above photo. It’s a non-descript post-war office block which Devonshire Investment Corporation Ltd seek to convert using permitted development rights. It was last used as offices by Hyde Housing Association according to the Design and Access
