Level 2 Driving Restriction is in effect for New Castle and Kent Counties.

Sussex County Snow Totals Lower Statewide

The snow began falling just after midnight - New Castle County and Kent County have seen the highest snowfall as of 10am.  Kent and New Castle Counties saw enough snow and cold temperatures for the Driving Restriction Level to be increased there to Level 2, while Sussex County remained at Level 1.
