LETTERS – Appalled by doctor’s failure

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment the NHS/ Government and one local doctors' surgery are giving our respected senior citizens/individuals with special needs and those without any internet connection. My uncle was declined his right to make a doctor's appointment face to face or even by telephone and must do it online. He's 83-years-old, 10/12/2025
