Letter: Who will clear the ditches?

Dear Editor, I am writing regarding the walkway put into the ditch below the Maplewood and Elmwood Place seniors communities. Before the walkway was put in, the Ministry of Transportation kept the ditches clear of long, dry grass and the invasive blackberry vines.
