To the editor, In his recent column in the Herald, national columnist Jonah Goldberg made a powerful point: executive orders are no substitute for real governance. That message resonated deeply when I received a letter from Sen. Kevin Cramer defending President Trump’s use of the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan gang members.
