Letter to the editor: How can we make people follow e-bike rules in Summit?

As a part-time resident of Summit County, I immensely enjoy the recreational pathway and love biking from Frisco to Breckenridge on Sunday morning for church, on my lovely Class 1 electric bike. Yesterday, I was about half way there when I was overtaken by someone going at least 25 mph. I was doing about 15 mph.
