LETTER: Price too steep for Saanich property

Regarding the undevelopable 518-square-foot Gorge Road lot lot on the market for $99,000. Saanich assessed our fully serviced, developed property just off Gorge Road at $83 per square foot. The owner of the lot in question is asking $191 per square foot for an undevelopable piece of land.
